Acts‬ ‭4‬:‭11‬-‭12‬ ‭

“This Jesus is ‘the stone that was rejected by you, the builders; it has become the cornerstone.’ “There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among mortals by which we must be saved.””

‭‭Don’t feel bad if someone rejects your attempt of trying to lead them to Christ. People love their chains so much that they hate the person pointing them to the key.

As believers, we are called to endure while those of the world cope. We endure by keeping our eyes on Jesus’ finished work on the cross and speak his promises over our lives . The world uses coping mechanisms as a distraction.

Time is running out and there is no coping for what is coming next. You can’t drink it away, smoke it away, sex it away, relationship it away, vacation it away or “ a time was had” it away. It’s only one way, that is Jesus Christ.
