Luke 19:13
“So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, ‘Do business till I come.’”

This is the mission. To stay productive. We all have gifts and talents. The key is to put them into to use.

Last year I slowed down. Not out of being lazy but out of it’s bout to be over. Jesus is getting us up out here so it really doesn’t matter. That was the wrong attitude to have. The correct attitude is this scripture in Luke. He told them in the parable to occupy. To do business. To work till I come back. No one really knows the exact hour or time or second. Atomic second that is. Even the day. Why it’s important to stay active. We all see the signs. Been seeing them for years. It’s easy to get caught up in the day to day. I get it. We all have things we need to take care of. The main thing must be the main thing. Be encouraged. We do have the hope that He is coming. And no we won’t be subject to wrath of any kind. Well, believers any way. Our job is to know Him. Do His work til He returns. Whenever that may be. He’s coming!

Leviticus 5:17-18

“If a person sins, and commits any of these things which are forbidden to be done by the commandments of the Lord, though he does not know it, yet he is guilty and shall bear his iniquity. And he shall bring to the priest a ram without blemish from the flock, with your valuation, as a trespass offering. So the priest shall make atonement for him regarding his ignorance in which he erred and did not know it, and it shall be forgiven him.”

Even in the beginning, God, in His infinite mercy, made a way to cover the wrongs that people didn’t even realize they had committed. He provided a means of forgiveness long before they even understood the depth of their need.

And then, at the cross, Jesus didn’t miss a single sin. He didn’t just take care of the wrongs you can remember or confess. He bore the weight of everything—the sins of the past, the present struggles, and even those future mistakes you haven’t yet made. He covered it all, including those hidden things you may never even be aware of.

This truth is a powerful assurance: Nothing remains between you and your heavenly Father.
No flaw—whether seen or unseen—disqualifies you from His love.
No forgotten failure makes you unworthy of His grace.
No unintentional wrong keeps you from drawing near to Him.

In Christ, there is no distance left between you and His love. You are fully covered, fully embraced, and fully forgiven. How wonderful it is to rest in the certainty that Jesus has already taken care of everything, leaving you free to live in His presence without shame or fear.

So Hagar bore Abram a son; and Abram named his son, whom Hagar bore, Ishmael.”
 

Sometimes life leads you into a wilderness much like Hagar’s—places where you feel alone, misunderstood, and overwhelmed by pain. Not every escape is rebellion; sometimes you run because your heart has simply reached its limit. Words can wound, silent looks can weigh heavily, and the constant effort to belong can leave your soul exhausted.

Hagar was never the central figure in the story, nor the chosen heir like Abraham. She was a servant, a foreigner, someone who seemed out of place. She experienced mistreatment, rejection, and being pushed aside. Yet it was to her—not Sarah, not Abraham—that God revealed one of His most compassionate names: El Roi, the God who sees. And that truth changes everything. When you feel unseen or forgotten, God reminds you that you are never outside His gaze.

He notices you when you keep smiling despite your weariness, when you quietly serve without acknowledgment, when you give love that isn’t returned. God doesn’t only see your actions—He sees your heart. And even when others pass you by, He pauses for you.

At times it’s good to have people to talk to, run things by, and vent. At other times it’s good to keep it between you and God. The Father. That’s where Holy Spirit comes in to direct and guide. It says in Romans when we don’t know what we ought to pray or say the Spirit makes groans for us. He helps us in our weaknesses. I use this gift often. Can’t take it for granted. I’m a very quiet and private person some would say. I don’t run to people just to talk. I have couple that even know real things about me. Outside of that, you gotta get from the music. Wise by default. lol. Everybody don’t get everything. I stand on that and live by it. No pearls to the porky. He’s coming. SoFree

I stopped focusing on sin a long time ago and start focusing on the finished work of Jesus. We get saved by grace. By believing in Jesus. We then think we can keep ourselves saved. We create an imaginary line or point we think we have to reach which creates self righteousness. It’s impossible. We can and never be able to do it on our own. We think because we don’t do this or that we’re better than the next man. It turns into work. Paul said in Galatians that anyone who goes back into law be accursed. We can’t work for it!

I know my foolishness. I know things I deal with. I know it’s all finished. It’s never been a license to sin. It’s freedom. Sometimes it’s a willful choice and decision. Well, all sin is. The more we focus on the righteousness of God the more we become like Him. The more we behold Him the more we become like Him. Don’t be conformed to the patten of this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Only way to do that is by the word. By beholding Jesus. He’s coming. Let’s show the love and power of God and be a great ambassador for Him til He pulls up on us. Love. SoFree

No man by worrying can add a single hour to his life. There’s only enough grace for today. When we allow our minds and hearts to worry about things we slowly bring death. Jesus said it plainly, let not your heart be troubled. Let is a word of permission. It’s a choice. You can’t shut it off? Read the Scripts. Pray. Worship. Bet you fall out real quick. The enemy doesn’t want you to do things that are productive to your soul and spirit. Meditate on things above where the Father is. He’s coming. SoFree

Thanks to the Holy Spirit that led believers to being saved. It has nothing to do with any one of us. So many try to seem special and unique and live a fine line of trying to stand out and being seen externally as self righteous.

We are holy are set apart BECAUSE of Jesus. Once we learn that holiness simply means set apart by God there should be no attempt of purposely trying to set yourself apart out of your own flesh. This could look weird. Simply flow and live a Holy Spirit life. Keep Christ focused and don’t focus how we want others to see us. Remember, only you see the version of you that you want to see. Let God sort everything and everyone out.

Proverbs 29:9

“If a wise man contends with a foolish man, Whether the fool rages or laughs, there is no peace.”

As soon as I hear how one speaks and replies, I know what type of person I’m dealing with. I don’t get into the back and forth. I’ll end it and leave it right where it is. I don’t have to be right. I don’t have to prove my point. I don’t have to make you feel less than. If our conversation has no hope in ending in love then I’m cool. You can have it. In the Script for today, it says if a wise man contends with a foolish man, there is no peace. If you know me then you know I’m all about peace. Taking the high road. In proverbs there are many verses that speak on being a fool and or becoming like one.

Proverbs 14:16: "A fool is reckless and careless.”

Proverbs 18:2: "A fool takes no pleasure in understanding, but only in expressing his opinion.”

Proverbs 26:4-5: "Do not answer a fool according to his folly, or you yourself will be just like him. Answer a fool according to his folly, or he will be wise in his own eyes.”

Proverbs 29:11 11 A fool vents all his feelings,

These are just a couple. I tell all my people if they want to be wise read a proverb a day. It lines up perfectly with the days of the month so it makes it easier.

Hope doesn’t mean ignoring your pain; it means trusting that Christ is with you and that your story isn’t over.

Even when life feels uncertain, your hope is not, because it rests on the unshakable work of Jesus. Hope does not mean minimizing your suffering or pretending it doesn’t exist. Rather, in the midst of acknowledging our pain, we can still have hope because we know this is not the end.
