‭‭Mark‬ ‭4‬:‭14‬-‭20‬

“The sower sows the word. And these are the ones by the wayside where the word is sown. When they hear, Satan comes immediately and takes away the word that was sown in their hearts. These likewise are the ones sown on stony ground who, when they hear the word, immediately receive it with gladness; and they have no root in themselves, and so endure only for a time. Afterward, when tribulation or persecution arises for the word’s sake, immediately they stumble. Now these are the ones sown among thorns; they are the ones who hear the word, and the cares of this world, the deceitfulness of riches, and the desires for other things entering in choke the word, and it becomes unfruitful. But these are the ones sown on good ground, those who hear the word, accept it, and bear fruit: some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some a hundred.”

‭What type of ground are you?

Seed by the wayside?

Stony ground?

Among the thorns?

Good ground?

He who has ears to hear let them hear. We are stewards of our own growth to a certain extent. Whatever we focus on the most, the more we become knowledgeable or skilled in that certain area. Some hear the good news and it’s taken immediately. You forget what you read or heard. Some hear it and are hype about it for a while then times get hard they turn their back on Him. Some hear it but they are too attached to this world. The money and lusts of this world. And some when they hear it they believe it with all their heart and become fruitful. So I ask again. What type of ground are you?

If you are not saved or know someone that isn’t saved and what I mean by saved is believe that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior please follow the ABCs of salvation below by repeating.

Accountability- say, Dear God, I am a sinner,

Believe, I believe Jesus Christ is the son of God and that he died for all of my sins, past, present, and future and finished the work on the cross.

Confess - I believe that you resurrected from the grave on the 3rd day and confess you as Lord and Savior of my life. Heavenly Father thank you for sending Jesus to die in my place and I am now the Righteousness of God through Christ Jesus.

After this, simply believe it in your heart.
