Matthew 26:40

“Then He came to the disciples and found them sleeping, and said to Peter, “What! Could you not watch with Me one hour?”

I know the feeling oh so well. Feeling like no one is really there for real. It’s easy to go through the motions but when it gets really tough, who can you call? Who’s doing the checking ins besides you? Who really making sure people good and if they needing anything you coming though? I get it.

At this most precious time He asked a couple of His brothers to hold it down for a minute. I don’t know if they didn’t understand how serious it was but it was the least they could do. Just pray!  I’m bout to go through the worst time in my life. Take this beating. Spill this blood. Be nailed to the cross. Most importantly, be separated from my Father. Read the scripts, this was the first time He called Him God instead of Father. That’s the worst. To be separated from true love. And He did it for us. He took everything we were supposed to get. The punishment for sin. This was the only way to get us back completely. Bulls and goats only lasted a year. His sacrifice lasted forever. He took it all! No more consciousness of sin. We healed. Delivered. Prosperous. Successful. Free. SoFree. Most importantly, He made us His righteousness. This is why we can boldly talk to God. He doesn’t see us in our uncleanness, He sees Jesus! That’s the gospel! One man took our place and gave us His. That’s love! He’s coming

If you are not saved or know someone that isn’t saved and what I mean by saved is believe that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior please follow the ABC’s of salvation below by repeating.

Accountability- say, Dear God, I am a sinner,

Believe- I believe Jesus Christ is the son of God and that he died for all of my sins, past, present, and future and finished the work on the cross.

Confess- I believe that you resurrected from the grave on the 3rd day and confess you as Lord and Savior of my life. Heavenly Father thank you for sending Jesus to die in my place and I am now the Righteousness of God through Christ Jesus.

“that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭10‬:‭9‬ ‭

After this, simply believe it in your heart.
