Proverbs 12:2

What makes a man good and righteous? His deeds? His actions when no one is looking? If you ask any one what they have to do to be saved or go to heaven, some would say be a “good person.” Some would say don’t do bad things. There’s only one way to be made righteous. To really be good. And that’s to believe and to receive the finished work of Christ Jesus. He is the only One that was completely righteous. Blood wasn’t tainted with man’s sin but pure, straight from the Father. Did no sin. Didn’t have the sin nature. Clean from the beginning to the end. And that’s why we need Him to pay the debt that each one of us owed by one man’s offense (Adam). Favor comes from the Lord. Some bribe and cheat their way to it but it’s not the same. Some always have a desire to do evil. It’s our nature. Without receiving the finished work we are condemned forever.

If you are not saved or know someone that isn’t saved and what I mean by saved is believe that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior please follow the ABCs of salvation below by repeating.

Accountability- say, Dear God, I am a sinner,

Believe, I believe Jesus Christ is the son of God and that he died for all of my sins, past, present, and future and finished the work on the cross.

Confess - I believe that you resurrected from the grave on the 3rd day and confess you as Lord and Savior of my life. Heavenly Father thank you for sending Jesus to die in my place and I am now the Righteousness of God through Christ Jesus.

After this, simply believe it in your heart.
