Jude 20-21
“But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.
First thing is to know you are the Fathers beloved. In John, the sky opened and He spoke saying,” this is my beloved Son. Whom I love. With Him I am well pleased.” He wanted Jesus, He wants us to be affirmed in this always. We are His beloved. Everyday I wake up and say I am Jeffrey whom the Father loves. He is well pleased with me. Simple but powerful. He loves us so much, He even gave us a way to stay in His love. The Holy Spirit. Building yourself up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit. Some try to twist what the meaning of praying in the Spirit is but in Acts it says it plainly. He placed his hands on them and they received and began to speak in other tongues. Wasn’t any interpreter. This is the way. This is how we stay in His love. In Timothy it says, stir up the gift that was given when I placed my hands on you. It’s the same here. Praying in the Spirit. And that Spirit produces love, power, and a sound mind. Some get it mixed up. Some think when you pray in tongues you need an interpreter. That’s the gift. It’s a difference between praying in your own individual prayer language and praying in front of masses of people and people understanding you. When you pray in your own language, God understands you! I placed my hands on people before and they received. And I encourage you now if you’re a believer, remember to spend time praying in the Spirit. When you’re driving. Washing the dishes. Cleaning up. In the shower. You can speak under your breath. Believe me, the Father hears you. You’re building yourself up, keeping yourself in His love. You’re also praying for people in situations you’d never know about. It’s peace. Ask God to fill you today. He’s ready and willing. He’s coming
If you are not saved or know someone that isn’t saved and what I mean by saved is believe that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior please follow the ABC’s of salvation below by repeating.
Accountability- say, Dear God, I am a sinner,
Believe- I believe Jesus Christ is the son of God and that he died for all of my sins, past, present, and future and finished the work on the cross.
Confess- I believe that you resurrected from the grave on the 3rd day and confess you as Lord and Savior of my life. Heavenly Father thank you for sending Jesus to die in my place and I am now the Righteousness of God through Christ Jesus.
“that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”
Romans 10:9
After this, simply believe it in your heart.
