Proverbs 12:26
“Good people are careful about choosing their friends, but evil people always choose the wrong ones.”
Life is simply mathematics, people can only do 4 things in your life, add, subtract, multiply, or divide.
(1 Corinthians 15:33) informs us that we should not be misled and bad company corrupts good character. (Proverbs 13:20) Whoever walks with the wise becomes wise, but the companion of fools suffers harm.
The influence of your friends and associates can profoundly impact your life for better or for worse. A basic rule of gravity is it’s easier to be pulled down than to be lifted up. Walking with wise believers imparts wisdom while keeping consistent company with fools leads to suffering.
The reality is, sadly not all friends and associates will make it through every chapter of your life. Even Paul and Barnabas split in love over a disagreement about Mark’s role in the ministry in (Acts 15:36-39).
Cherish all your good friends and associates and continue to sharpen one another in the word. (Proverbs 27:17) Therefore encourage one another and build up each other, as indeed you are doing. (1 Thessalonians 5:11)
If you are not saved or know someone that isn’t saved and what I mean by saved is believe that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior please follow the ABCs of salvation below by repeating.
Accountability- say, Dear God, I am a sinner,
Believe, I believe Jesus Christ is the son of God and that he died for all of my sins, past, present, and future and finished the work on the cross.
Confess - I believe that you resurrected from the grave on the 3rd day and confess you as Lord and Savior of my life. Heavenly Father thank you for sending Jesus to die in my place and I am now the Righteousness of God through Christ Jesus.
After this, simply believe it in your heart.
