‭‭Matthew‬ ‭10‬:‭34‬-‭36‬ ‭

“Do not think that I have come to bring peace to the earth; I have not come to bring peace, but a sword. For I have come to set a man against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law; and one's foes will be members of one's own household.”

When you speak of topics such as The Rapture of the Church many believers get quiet. Now, if you speak politics everyone has something to say. If Jesus himself did not come to bring peace on earth, please believe that no matter what side of the aisle your political views lie, they will not bring peace either.

Please also know, this is a fallen world. We are told to set our minds on things above and not on earth. (Colossians 3:2) We are also told that our citizenship as believers is in Heaven. (Philippians 3:20) In Romans 12:2, we are told to not conform to the patterns of this world but to RENEW our minds.

I understand that the business may be taking off, I get it that your relationship has enough likes under pictures to be labeled as couple goals and that the popularity that you have always wanted is now obtainable. Just know that everything we see is temporary and will pass away but what is unseen is eternal. (Corinthians 4:18) For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also (Matthew 6:21) don’t be so fixated on this fallen world that you don’t see the rescue plan of Christ is already in process.

If you are not saved or know someone that isn’t saved and what I mean by saved is believe that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior please follow the ABCs of salvation below by repeating.

Accountability- say, Dear God, I am a sinner,

Believe, I believe Jesus Christ is the son of God and that he died for all of my sins, past, present, and future and finished the work on the cross.

Confess - I believe that you resurrected from the grave on the 3rd day and confess you as Lord and Savior of my life. Heavenly Father thank you for sending Jesus to die in my place and I am now the Righteousness of God through Christ Jesus.

After this, simply believe it in your heart.
