Ephesians 5:27
“that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish.”
In John 17:3 it says "And this is eternal life, that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.” This is all the Father wanted is to have a relationship with us. To be in His presence. To reign in this world and to be fruitful and increase. Sounds easy enough don’t it? We fell short. He sent His son to redeem us and to offer us to Himself. Holy. No spot or wrinkle. Without blemish. That’s what came with that cross and Him resurrecting. When we believe in Him and His finished work, we become like Him. The Father doesn’t see our sin anymore. He sees Jesus and His finished work. We are the righteousness of God in Christ! That’s a blessing. It says in Romans, blessed is the man whose sin the Lord will never count against him. When we understand what we are saved from frfr it’s a cause for celebration. I get excited thinking about it. Knowing my foolishness is done away with. It’s not a license to sin. It’s a power not to! I said this last night, “Aint never been married but I’m bout to be.” We are His bride. And He is coming soon to get us in the air. You ready? He’s coming.
If you are not saved or know someone that isn’t saved and what I mean by saved is believe that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior please follow the ABCs of salvation below by repeating.
Accountability- say, Dear God, I am a sinner,
Believe, I believe Jesus Christ is the son of God and that he died for all of my sins, past, present, and future and finished the work on the cross.
Confess - I believe that you resurrected from the grave on the 3rd day and confess you as Lord and Savior of my life. Heavenly Father thank you for sending Jesus to die in my place and I am now the Righteousness of God through Christ Jesus.
After this, simply believe it in your heart.
