Matthew 24:4-8
“And Jesus answered and said to them: “Take heed that no one deceives you. For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many. And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of sorrows.”
What we doing? Are we paying attention? Jesus said take heed that no one deceives you. Deceive you how? From people coming saying that they’re the Christ. From people saying He’s not coming. From people thinking they have more time here to operate. There’s a fine line balancing it all out but what’s the main focus? Rapture was the most trending topic online from September 22-23. Many people got saved. Many people inquired to what it was. Many people that know about it went on with their regularly scheduled lives and ignored it saying “no man knows the day nor hour.” And some made fun and mocked. “Where is this rapture yall been talking about since forever?” I get it. This bible can be a lot if it’s not rooted in love and grace. But the proof is there and has been there. Wars and rumors of war. Nation against nation. Famines. Sicknesses. Earthquakes. The earth been rumbling a lot more than usual if you’re paying attention. And this is just the beginning. The next verse in Matthew, verse 9, it gets worse. You won’t be able to pray and worship Jesus. It’ll be death off top. Why we screaming choose today whom you will serve.
We’ve being going hard this last couple months. Really wanting people to understand the fullness of the gospel. That the Father, God sent His only son into the world to save it! This is the gospel. The death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. That He took all the sins of the entire world onto Himself and gave us His righteousness. We have forgiveness of sins forever. We just gotta believe and receive that finished work. It’s a lot more simple than people make it. Believe and receive! God loves you so much He died for you. If you read it and ask for understanding you’ll see, it’s all there! (Jeezy Voice)
If you are not saved or know someone that isn’t saved and what I mean by saved is believe that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior please follow the ABC’s of salvation below by repeating.
Accountability- say, Dear God, I am a sinner,
Believe- I believe Jesus Christ is the son of God and that he died for all of my sins, past, present, and future and finished the work on the cross.
Confess- I believe that you resurrected from the grave on the 3rd day and confess you as Lord and Savior of my life. Heavenly Father thank you for sending Jesus to die in my place and I am now the Righteousness of God through Christ Jesus.
“that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”
Romans 10:9
After this, simply believe it in your heart.
